Research On Optimum Population Based On Urban Integrative Capacity

With the acceleration of national industrialization,informationization and modern process,China's urbanization process has been improved rapidly,and the number of urban population has increased.The city as a gathering place for industry,resources,population,etc.,production and life need to consume a lot of resources,high-intensity consumption of resource will lead to serious shortage of resources and the overall deterioration of the ecological environment.The limited nature of resources and the weakening of the ability of self-renewal of ecological environment continue to constrain the improvement of urban economy and social level.It has gradually affected the living standard of human beings,reduced the city's ability to support the population size and hindered the healthy development of the city.So the emergence of moderate population,making the city's population size and socio-economic system to coordinate the common development and promote the city's effective long-term development.Excessive or inadequate population will affect the overall development of the city.Therefore,the moderate population is objective,and also beyond doubt.On the basis of studying the theory of moderate population and urban integrative capacity,this paper put the economic,resource,ecological environment and urban transportation facilities into the field of moderate population from the perspective of synergistic development among various social systems.and systematically analyzes the connotation of urban comprehensive carrying capacity and the interaction with the moderate population.Based on the inexact fuzzy linear programming method,the model of moderate population measurement is constructed on the basis of comprehensive urban carrying capacity.Taking the city of Chongqing as an example,the paper builds a moderately measured model of population under the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and puts forward the "red line" standard of resource,economy,ecological environment and space in the four aspects of population carrying capacity,The paper puts forward the optimal situation of Chongqing's moderate population and the optimal situation of population development using the fuzzy linear programming,and puts forward the policy suggestions and development plan for population scale development,as a result to guide the development period of Chongqing city.
