| Dur to the complex, multi-level, open and dynamic nature, it's very diffcult to evaluate the capacity of discrete production lines. However, an effective capacity evaluation can help enterprises to measure the accurate real capacity of the production line, which is of great significance for the enterprise. Increasing research attention has been paid to the area of capaciy evaluation for discrete production lines in manufacturing enterprises.This paper investigated the discrete production lines capacity evaluation issue that has been proposed in 863 Project "enterprise-class visualization of manufacturing resource acquisition and integration of intelligent application of technology". Adopting a generic stage perspective, this paper proposed capacity calculation, capacity evaluation and capacity planning as the three stages to solve the capacity evaluation problem.This paper first proposed a method for discrete production line capacity check. Then it established an initial index system for discrete production lines capacity evaluation, revised by qualitative data from interviews the project leaders and people who come from XX enterprise. Based on rough set theory, it proposed a discrete production lines capacity evaluation method and constructed a capacity evaluation model. According to the results of discrete lines capacity evaluation, combined with the ability to check discrete production lines, the paper calculated the real capacity of the discrete production lines and compared the extent to which the real capacity matched the demand ability of manufacturing mission. For the scenario of capacity excesses or capacity shortages, this paper built a stochastic capacity planning model, using an Immune Clonal Selection-Linear Programming Algorithm. Finally, based on the three stages of capacity evaluation research, this paper used ASP and SQL Server 2000 to design and develop a capacity evaluation system for discrete lines. The sample test of this system returns satisfactory results. |
