Influences Mechanism Analysis On Safety Performance Of First Line Operators In Industrial Enterprise Based On Resilience Engineering Concept

Safety is the eternal subject of industrial production,with the rapid development of China’s industrial economy,modern large industrial integration and complicated production characteristics determines the characteristic of "catastrophe".Operation safety faces a severe test.Man,as the only initiative factors in the production system,has always been the main party in the system.In order to improve the safety level of enterprise operation personnel operation,on the basis of investigate and research results of first line operators in industrial enterprises,a study on analysis of the promotion mechanism of safety performance was conducted,the main research works are as follows:(1)Based on resilience engineering concept,from the angle of the safe production of the enterprise in China,7 constitute dimensions related to safety production in company,including the basic resilience factors and the behavioral resilience factors were put forward,monitor,learning,management commitment,teamwork,four dimensions were conclude into basic resilience factors;Safety awareness,anticipate/preparedness,flexibility,were conclude into behavioral resilience factors.(2)Based on the key concepts of resilience engineering and previous resilience engineering concept questionnaire,according to the corporate security director and production manager opinions,drew up and validate the newly resilience engineering survey questionnaire which applied to the industrial enterprises in our country.Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis test the validity of the questionnaire.Results show that the dimension index to explain its dimensions have higher variance,and each dimension estimation model to distinguish the validity of the finite model and freedom between chi-square significant difference,illustrates the rationality of the design of the questionnaire.(3)On the basis of the actual production in enterprises,research hypothesis between the resilience engineering concept and safety performance were put forwarded.Furthermore,a multiple mediation SEM based approach and product distribution algorithm was adopted for the function mechanism and effective path analysis between each resilience concept dimension and safety performance of survey enterprise.(4)Base on the investigate and research survey results from a chemical industrial enterprise,employee’s behavioral resilience factors directly effect the safety performance,four basic resilience factors could have different degrees of positive influence on operators’ safety performance mediated by diversities effect mechanisms of the employee’s behavioral resilience factors.Besides,monitor is the most critical basic resilience factor,while preparedness is the main behavioral resilience factor.This paper introduced and concluded the resilience competence constitute dimension in enterprises,through theoretical and empirical research,proved the feasibility of the theory.Increasing of resilience competence pertinently can improve the effectiveness of safety performance improvement.
