Study On The Improvement Method Of A Material's Supply Chain Capacity For Company B

As global economic integration of the sustainable development,global sourcing and glocal source sharing has already to be one trends.For chemical industry,Chemical materials distributed from the origin to the plants all over the world,which experience the supply chain that integrated by a lot of chains.In such supply chain,it requests to ensure the meet of quality demand and the increasing quantity demand at the same time.Global company face the supply chain capacity limitation since they built up the export supply chain since the beginning of 21 century.How to improve the supply chain capacity with proper cost and improving research for this supply chain grantee the global company to meet the increasing business demand with enough material at best cost.Sound raw material supply chain is the core-competitiveness for chemical manufacture.This study for improvement of raw material supply chain is the common topics for global company and has considerable practical significance as well.This paper takes A material supply chain in Chemical company B as the research object,study the export supply chain in global sourcing and do the supply chain capacity inprovement research from 4 levels,including theoretical explanations,problem analysis,program improve,program implementation and evaluation.This paper first describes the related theoretical basis about global ssupply chain management,supply chain capacity and capacity improvement,then analysis the supply chain current status and problem.Build up the supply chain structure model,through the morphological analysis of structure capacity to confirm the bottleneck and then find the solution of capacity improvement.The material A supply chain for B company capacity is imrpvoed via three areas,the material supply capacity,stock capacity and operation capacity.Then though the balance analysis for related operation process in each sub supply chain system and then verifiy the bottleneck,and then generate the improving measures for the supply chain capacity.The third party logistic provider,as the kernel of the supply chain operation,improve the capacity via improvement on stock,logistic operation and management.This research improved A material?s supply chain capacity for B company,and extend the supply chain capacity to meet the future demand,which granted the stable and long terms material supply in low cost with good quality for the oversea plants of B company and then improve the B company' core competitiveness.
