Eco-tourism is a kind of tourism activity,which is based on the good natural environment and ecological tourism resources.With the rapid development of tourism,eco-tourism gets the favour of tourists and tour operators and managers with the rapid development.Sun Island Scenic Area has rich tourism resources and high visibility.However,because of insufficient research about the scenic area and lack of standardization of eco-tourism activities,it is not conducive to the sustainable development of scenic spots.Therefore,the author chooses the Sun Island Scenic Area as the research object,providing some reasonable development principles and strategies.Through the field investigation and the relative literature reading of the Sun Island Scenic Area,the customs and humanities landscape in Harbin City can be acquired;and the tourism resources can be classified in the scenic area according to the classification criteria promulgated by our government;using the comprehensive evaluation methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to evaluate tourism resources of the scenic area;then distributing the questionnaires to tourists in order to master tourism activities of the Sun Island Scenic Area;the SWOT strategy analysis method is used to analyze the internal strengths,weaknesses and its external opportunities and challenges of the scenic area;according to the above research results,put forward the improvement suggestions and development strategies of the Sun Island Scenic Area.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the classification of ?Tourism Resources,Survey and Evaluation GB / T18972 2003 ? promulgated by the national tourism administration in 2003,the tourism resources can be classified,which contains altogether 6 main categories,19 sub categories and 31 basic types,64 tour monomers.(2)Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to evaluate the eco-tourism resources of the scenic spot,the results showed that the quality of tourism resources,location factors and support degree,these 3 factorsoccupy a high proportionin the evaluation factors layer,played a leading role in the development of scenic spots;in the evaluation factor level,there are 8 factors,such as the attraction of ice and snow tourism resources,the value of tourism and leisure,the popularity of scenic spots,the level of environmental protection,and so on,indicating that these 8 aspectsdevelop relatively well.Then the fuzzy mathematics method is used to carry on the fuzzy scoring of the tourism resources.The synthesis score is 6.441,which indicated that the Sun Island Scenic Area has the first class exploitation potential.(3)Issue 300 questionnaires to the Sun Island Scenic Area visitors,finding that most of the tourists are local people from Heilongjiang Province in summer,but in winter,the foreign and the south tourists increase.The main age groups of visitors are 18-25 years old,36-45 years old and over 65 years old,among which bachelor degree or above are in the majority who stay generally for 1-3 days and control their budget within 1000 yuan.And then according to the level of appreciation of scenic spots by visitors,we divided 45 scenic spots in the scenic area by 5 levels,which provides a reference for the development of scenic spots.(4)According to the above research results,the author proposes development principles,including the principles of protection,the principle of sustainable development,the principle of rationality and the level of separation,the principle of comprehensive development.The author draws up alsothegeneral development strategy,including a special tourism,Internet + Sun Island,four Seasons strategy and put forward the overall goal of “two quarters of prosperity,development of four seasons”,and gradually develop the sun Island Scenic Area into a tourist resort.
