China is now in its key period of fast economic structure adjustment and urbanization development.Obviously, some remarkable achievements have been scored during this process. However, everlasting expansion of income distribution gap, especially affected by the increasingly widespread situation of rural land expropriation, has been becoming an urgent problem influencing stability in the long term.Land expropriation may have some acute impacts on farmers' living activities, and then an increasing number of land-lost farmers may be forced to adapt their mode of livelihood. What would have happened when local governments stripped farmers of their land. This paper has explored these questions and proposed some solutions. The income mobility analysis framework of land-expropriated farmers constructed in this article is based on the perspective of static and dynamic.Using the survey data of land-expropriated farmers, this paper analyzes farmers' income changes and its heterogeneity,in process of industrialization and new urbanization.Shocks induced by land expropriation have significant impacts on farmers' income changes.Particularly, the increase of landless farmers' total income is not significant, while the income structure's change presents significant.Shocks induced by land expropriation have been intensified, and the income structural changes of different types of farmers have presented obvious heterogeneity.Ordinal logistic model is adopted to analyze the income mobility and its influencing factors through household endowments, risks and regions three aspects. In addition to it,comparative studies targeted to investigate the discrepancy of farmers' income mobility is conducted in this article. The results show that income mobility presents obvious group-and region differences, which has proved that income mobility of land-expropriated farmers has been divided, and caused strength difference of farmers' income mobility.Furthermore, the income mobility of low-income farmers may be more inclined to flow upward, while others' tend to be down-stable,and the proportion of lowest-income and mediocre-income farmers from Jiujiang city reduces more acutely.Besides, the income mobility of low-income farmers who have lower level of concurrent business, smaller labor scale, deeper land-requisition degree, suffering from natural disasters or family economic risks and who have participated in ‘land for social security'system, are more inclined to be deteriorated, and then increasing the risk of income downward flow.Findings showed above have some implications that government policy intervention should target at promoting the optimal allocation of household endowments, polishing the accurate help and risk prevention system, accelerating the livelihood development of farmers' human capabilities and social integration of poor land-expropriated farmers, and at compensating farmers who lost their land based on the premise of efficiency and fair.Above all, policy measures should also locate specific into different regions so as to overcome the difficulties of inter-generational transfer of Livelihood vulnerable farmers.
