With the improvement of the national standard of living and the emphasis on balanced diet in recent years,the consumers' demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing.Because of the hard preserving and easy rotting during the conveyance,fresh agricultural products are more sensitive to time and transport conditions in the transport process than other commodities.The growth of demand for fresh agricultural products and characteristics of fresh agricultural products itself put forward a high demand for logistics operations,especially at the terminal segment of the Logistics chain.According to this circumstance,this paper researches about the key technology of fresh agricultural products' distribution system based on mobile Internet technology which is developing rapidly.And the dissertation designs and implements the system which might help enterprises to reduce their distribution costs and improve their efficiency by raising informatization level.This article first combs the research status of fresh agricultural products distribution system,sums up the deficiencies in the current research,clarifies the direction and significance of the study.And this paper introduces the basic knowledge involved in the system development of fresh agricultural product distribution system included the theory of VRP,Java EE technology,Android platform and GIS technology.Secondly,the paper analyzes the business process and functional requirements of the distribution system according to the actual business situation of a fresh agricultural products distribution enterprise.According to the system analysis,the overall physical architecture,data model and function module of fresh agricultural product distribution system are designed.Then,according to the characteristics of the distribution of fresh agricultural products,this paper establishes the vehicle routing model,and designs the genetic code for multiple-types vehicle routing problem with limited number of vehicles.The vehicle routing model is solved by using the improved genetic algorithm combined with k-medoids clustering.And theapplication of the vehicle routing model in the distribution system is given.After that,the paper describes the development environment,operation effect and evaluation of the system.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the shortcomings of this study.With the application of logistics information system,the cost of fresh agricultural products distribution enterprises could be reduced,the economic efficiency could be improved.This paper discusses a development process of fresh agricultural product distribution system which has a certain reference value for the informatization of enterprises in this field.In the study of the vehicle routing problem of fresh agricultural products,the hybrid genetic algorithm and the coding method for genetic algorithm that this paper designed can find satisfactory solutions in an efficient way.It has some theoretical significance for the research of vehicle routing problem for perishable food products delivery.
