| As a new round of "counterpart in Xinjiang" gradually boosting and the concept of "the silk road economic belt" putting forward, Urumqi acts as the only super city in Xinjiang and the biggest growth pole of the regional economic, playing the more and more prominent role in the distribut ion system of Xinjiang. Due to Urumqi in Xinjiang shoulders the dual task which will be for the fresh agricultural products shipped to the mainland and the fresh agricultural products of mainland shipped to the states around, playing the important role of fresh agricultural products ’ logistics distribution center, so fresh agricultural products distribution system construction in Urumqi is particularly important. In this paper, describing the current situation of Urumqi’s fresh agricultural products and its distribution system, then evaluat ing the distribut ion system’s performance and service quality, and based on this, optimiz ing the distribution system, in order to provide suggestions for the sustainable development of Urumqi’s distribut ion system of the fresh agricultural products.This paper firstly discusses the relevant theories of fresh agricultural products’ distribution, mainly introducing the basic concept and formation mechanism of fresh agricultural products’ distribut ion system, distribution system optimizat ion’s theory, the basic theory of gray system, customer satisfaction and other economic theory foundations which associate with this article.Secondly analyzing Urumqi’s development situat ion of fresh agricultural products and its distribut ion system. This chapter is divided into three parts: In the first part, describing fresh agricultural products’ distribution system’s current situation of the external environment. In the second part, describing present situation of the fresh agricultural products supply and the demand and price fluctuation. demand analysis mainly describes three dimensions of urban per capita consumption expenditure, urban per capita fresh agricultural products consumer spending and urban residents per capita consumption of fresh agricultural products; supply analysis describes two aspects of fresh agricultural output(vegetable yield, fruit yield); price change analysis describes fresh agricultural products’ CPI and RPI with grey relation method. In the third part, the current situation of Urumqi’s fresh agricultural products’ distribution system is described, drawing the conclusion of that Urumqi’s spatial layout of supply of and demand for fresh agricultural products is imbalanced.Again evaluat ing Urumqi’s fresh agricultural products distribution system’s performance and service quality. This chapter on the one hand evaluat ing seven area county fresh agricultural products distribution system efficiency with using the gray clustering analysis method in Urumqi, Xinshi area and Toutunhe area belong to strong gray classes of regional distribut ion system’s performance; Dabancheng area and Urumqi county belongs to weak gray classes of regional distribution system’s performance. On the other hand, using the factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to Tianshan area and Shayibake area in Urumqi according to buck area vegetable stores distribution customer satisfaction analysis, overall s atisfaction is not high, improving the quality of distribution services plays the most obvious role of vegetable distribut ion services’ customer satisfaction. Through the above two aspects of fresh agricultural products distribut ion system performance in Urumqi and evaluat e the quality of service, as to provide the later stage for optimizing and designing.Finally optim izing and design ing Urumqi city’s distribut ion system of fresh agricultural products by using the case study approach. Firstly optimizing Mengniu dairy sales company’s distribut ion route in s ix areas of Urumqi with using VRP model, then proceeding distribut ion center ’s location for Tianshan area’s vegetables outlets accordingly to using the precise gravity method. This chapter discusses Urumqi’s distribut ion system optimizat ion of fresh agricultural products by the two case studies, in order to provide the corresponding reference opinions for the Urumqi city’s fresh agricultural products distribution system’s optimization design. |
