Since 2011,China's work force began to decline,with the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,new labor contribution to the economic growth,are getting less and less,the“Thirteenth Five-Year Guideline”,china will also face the greater challenges in the human resources.Especially in recent years,chinese government gradually reduce the use of demand side management.Relying on the central bank to issue large amounts of money or strong stimulation policy,has gone for ever,it will be a greater challenge for the construction enterprises,which relying on the government to increase investment in infrastructure construction.Therefore,studying the employee's job satisfaction and enthusiasm,finding ways to improve the productivity of existing human resources,which have great realistic significance to the construction enterprises,who is to deal with challenges and enhance the competitiveness.By combing the relevant literature,the study chooses Fujian DY highway engineering company's employees as the research object,through designing of employee satisfaction scale,the study will investigate the status of employee's job satisfaction in the company,and use the SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the survey data,revealing the main factors which influencing employees' job satisfaction,finally,according to the analysis results,puting forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The purpose of the study is,based on the theoretical research,practical test results,and the work itself,work return,work collaboration,leadership behavior,enterprise management measures,enterprise development and personal career development,etc,to analyze the main factors,which affecting the job satisfaction and human resource productivity of Fujian DY highway engineering company,providing references for the innovation of human resource management and sustainable development of the company and the construction enterprises.The principal structure of the research is divided into three parts,the first part is the basic theory part,mainly expounds the research achievements of the research background,research methods,and the theoretical research on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,then through the analysis and induction of literature,establishing the theoretical basis of the research,which lays the theoretical foundation for the next preparation of employee satisfaction questionnaire and data analysis.The second part is the core part of this paper,the author will design and release the questionnaire,and collect the data on the status of job satisfaction of employees in the subject of the company,at the same time,by analyzing statistical data,the study will point out the main influencing factors of employee's job satisfaction in the company.The third part is the countermeasures and suggestions,according to the results of statistical analysis,the paper will put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve Fujian DY highway engineering company employee's job satisfaction.Finally,put forward the prospect of the reform of state-owned enterprises.
