With the advancement of the 21st century, globalization competition is escalating, the simple raw material cost competition and common labor competition is not the key of the competition. Development of the global knowledge-based economy, to raise awareness of the importance of human capital in economic development and the persistence of business, employees become the core of business. The pay is the key to business enterprises to grasp and attract human capital,the highest level of compensation management is satisfied with the remuneration of employees of the enterprise, the purpose of successful incentive mechanisms and allocate human resource management is to achieve the satisfaction of enterprise employees pay. To solve the problems of the enterprise staff incentive and compensation distribution, depending on employees’ pay satisfaction to the enterprise, Improve employee to enterprise’s compensation satisfaction, not only for enterprise development, and to promote economic development and social progress provides the basis guarantee of intelligence.In this paper, we study involving the enterprise is located in the western sichuan plain zte, and it is a private enterprise, more than 30 years of development. The company gradually toward internationalization, With integrity, pragmatic development of the scientific development concept and the attitude of private enterprises, carrying forward the traditional industry as own duty, and by the staff of unremitting efforts, painstaking research and development. Company development to the current size, both in product research and development, quality control, or the company’s internal management, there are outstanding in competition. However, the company’s human resources management and development there are still some shortage, employee satisfaction is not high, especially the employees in enterprises pay satisfaction problem is prominent. In order to study the D company pay satisfaction and the relationship between various influencing factors, pay satisfaction and the relationship between demographic variables, this paper uses the literature material law, sums up the questionnaire about salary satisfaction measurement, and then through the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, finally using SPSS20. Statistical tools to survey data for statistical analysis.Through field surveys and statistical analysis, this study considers, D company’s employees pay satisfaction with salary equity was a significant positive correlation; D company’s employees pay satisfaction and remuneration policy was a significant positive correlation; D company staff salaries satisfaction with the salary structure was a significant positive correlation; D company’s employees pay satisfaction with salary levels were significantly correlated; various positions D company, different departments, different seniority, different ages, different academic staff differences in pay satisfaction was significantly only there was no significant gender difference in this variable remuneration of staff satisfaction. According to the results of data research, this paper also puts forward several Suggestions on improving the employee compensation satisfaction for D company, in order to strengthen the management of company salary strategy, implement cost leader type salary strategy; Improve the personal justice management; Improve company pay attraction management; Enhance company compensation incentive; Strengthen the management of company pay secrecy.
