BSW is a collection of shoes R & D, manufacturing and online sales mainly whole supply chain for the children’s products business. After seven years of operation and development, the company is continuously expanding and the industry chain is constantly improving, operating income has become more enhanced. However, with the passage of time, changes in the market situation, the new situation emerging, BSW’s problems in the management system is also gradually began to be exposed, mainly in: the company post system lacks rational scientific planning, part of the professional technical and senior management brain drain, lack of effective internal incentive mechanism, internal pay disparity span, lack of fairness salary structure, it is difficult to play external competitiveness and internal incentives due role, in addition, performance management can’t meet the company’s fast-paced, international the development requirements, the lack of institutional and scientific basis, standardization is not strong.
