Research On The New Urbanization Construction Of Binzhou City Under The New Normality

Urbanization is the inevitable outcome of social development,but also an important indicator of the level of modernization of a country.At present,our country's urbanization construction is in a stage of rapid development,but compared with previous years growth slowed markedly,various contradictions and problems in the construction of urbanization also gradually appear.Under the new economic state the new urbanization construction has increasingly become the focus of the society.But how to get a new path of urbanization,suited to local conditions are still not settled yet,and urgent need for theoretical and practical research.Based on this background and purpose,this paper starts from the financial support urbanization construction,and studies the urbanization of Binzhou city.Full text is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,and summarizes the domestic and foreign about the urbanization construction and current situation of the construction of financial support for the urbanization,and gives the research content and method.The second part mainly introduces the concept of urbanization,the new urbanization,the structure of the supply-side reforms,gives the related theory of urbanization construction,analyses the necessity of the construction of the new urbanization,summarizes the financial support mechanism of the construction of the town.The third part analyzes the practice of financial support urbanization in the three developed countries of Britain,Germany and Japan,and gives the main way of financial support for urban construction.The fourth part mainly analyze the current situation of the construction of binzhou city urbanization,summarizes financial support basic situation of urban construction,and analyze the shortcomings of urbanization construction in Binzhou under financial support.Fifth part,aiming at the shortage of the financial expenditure in Binzhou city construction,it is believed that it should expand fiscal financing channels,adjusting fiscal expenditure structure,the deep reform of tax revenue of constitution,enhance the effect of Binzhou city financial support for the urbanization construction,improve the quality of Binzhou city urbanization construction.
