Research On Financial Support In The Process Of New Urbanization In Henan Province

New urbanization has become one of the social hot issues since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The basic characteristics of the New urbanization are Urban-rural planning,Urban-rural integration,Production city interaction,intension,ecological and suitable residence and harmonious development.It is mean that large and medium-sized cities,small towns and new rural communities developed well and mutually promoted together.The National Development Bank had expected,China's urbanization will be 25 trillion yuan of funds demand in next 3 years,because urbanization required capital investment is a long-term process,government funds have been unable to meet all the needs of the new urbanization,so that we need to broaden the channels for diversified investment and financing etc to solve the finance.This paper discussed the role of financial support in the course of the new urbanization in Henan province from both theoretical research and empirical analysis.In theoretical research,this paper discusses the relationship between the new urbanization financial market theory,development theory,mutual promotion of new urbanization and financial development.Then we break down the new urbanization into population urbanization,economy urbanization,space urbanization,and analyzes the three aspects of the theoretical basis of financial support for the new urbanization.In empirical analysis,this paper first analyzes the present situation and problems of the new urbanization development,financial development and finance supports in Henan province;Secondly this paper studies the financial support of Henan province in the scale,structure and efficiency,in which to be proved same with reality,conclusions and the reality.Finally we put forward some corresponding countermeasures to promote the new urbanization in Henan province.
