Feasibility Study For The Development Of Commercial Health Insurance And The Social Construction Of Linkage

Nowadays,China has achieved the largest healthcare system in the world,which covering a population of nearly 1.3 billion.It has been a remarkable achievement to solve the most basic medical problems of a populous country.However,our country is still in the primary stage of socialism,the development level of economic and social is still limited.Despite the total cost of healthcare has increased from about RMB 870 billion in 2005 to about RMB 1.8 trillion so far,we also found that the expense of healthcare per capita is only about RMB 1,300,which lists No.114 out of the 193 member states of the World Health Organization,it still belongs to the middle level.The difficulty and expensive expenses to enjoy the medical treatment are still the top issue of our health care system that needs to be solved.In order to solve the practical problem,it has become a basic consensus to enhance the medical reform work by building a various systems,a multi-level mode and a diversified medical security system and health service system.The commercial health insurance is located in the third level of China's medical insurance system.The main goal of it is to address the diverse needs of the people which are outside of the basic healthcare system while following the market rules.Due to our current policy environment,as well as the problems that exist in the commercial health insurance institutions,the growth rate of it is still relatively slow.It is very difficult to meet the needs of our healthcare system and the needs of a diversified health protection for the majority citizen.In addition,to develop the social medical center,and expend the supply of medical services is also one of the best solution to solve this difficulty and high expense of enjoying the healthcare during this reforming of medical system.Although with the rapid development of the social medical center in recent years,it still can't meet the demand of community with the limitations of policy lagged behind,a not ideal industry,and requirement of gain the qualification for a designated health insurance panel,and also the self-limitation which accumulated throughout the development process.In this article,besides exploring the environment which many commercial health insurance and social medical center located,the policy required,and the isolated study of the challenge and develop strategy,it also broaden the research ideals by providing a new perspective of doing research,which tightly coupling the reality.Starting from matching the commercial health insurance and the construction of social medical center for a further development,it goes through an in-depth study and comparison of the extensive literature review,using network retrieval,studying the interviews and many other methods to collect data and realistic basis.This article also combines with the economic theory to find out the interaction base and model between those two,and take a further study and research on the practical problems in the interaction process to provide some thought of solving problems.
