The Research On The Internal Control Optimization Of The Domestic Property Insurance Company

From the China United Property Insurance being taken over to Zijin Insurance being fined,the internal control of domestic property insurance company is facing huge problems.The latest data shows that from 2013 to 2015,the numbers of the CIRC official punishment on domestic property insurance were 4,7 and 9,meanwhile,the proportions were 24%,78% and 41%,which means a growing trend and a high level.Combined with past research,we found that the past studies are not rare,but they all focus on the company itself.Therefore,this paper attempts to find the external factors of domestic insurance's internal control,and then we will give corresponding suggestions.This paper reviews the existing literature,and makes the classification;Then,it classifies the current domestic insurance framework of internal control systematically,including the history and current situation,the problems and the various factors;finally,from the four aspects of government,insurance companies,consumers,the credit system,it introduces the practice of Europe and Asia in the construction of internal control system of property insurance,based on this,we can provide references for China's construction and improvement of internal control of domestic insurance.This paper not only focuses on the internal factors of the internal control,but also pays attention to the external factors of internal control.Through comparison between domestic and foreign companies,we can find that in company governance,government supervision,social supervision,credit system and other aspects,domestic companies are still behind.Take Europe and Asia mature market as an example,the foreign internal control practices can provide reference experience for the development of domestic insurance's internal control,so as to make the insurance industry healthy,stable and sustainable.
