The Research Of Relationship Between Intergenerational Inheritance And The Capital Operation

Family business is an important form of enterprise organization,which has both the identity of family and business.Compared to the general business,it is relatively difficult that the family business wants to achieve sustainable development.At present,many family enterprises of different sizes in our country are facing the problem of inheritance.The inheritance problem is not only including the inheritance of tangible assets,but also the special assets of the former.These special assets play an important role in the family business survival and development,but they are difficult to inherit.Therefore,how to inherit them in order to get the sustainable development of the family business is the concern of theoretical and practical circles.In recent years,the group of Mr.Li Ka-shing has implemented the capital operation.This paper analyzes the relationship between the intergenerational inheritance and capital operation.The main results are as follows: First,the intergenerational inheritance and capital operation of family business influence each other.On the one hand,the fact,which means the social capital of the successor is difficult to be completely replicable,promotes the entrepreneurial capital operation of the inheritors.On the other hand,because the inheritors want to obtain authority in the family business,they will use the success of entrepreneurial capital operation activities in other areas to obtain the smooth inheritance and promote development of family business.Second,from the perspective of the Chinese government,due to the fact of capital loss,the Government should pay attention to the loss of capital owing to the intergenerational inheritance of family business,and could use economic means to prevent the capital loss in Chinese market.It is hoped that the results of this paper will cause the government to focus on the loss of funds in the capital market,and hope that it will play an guidance role for other family enterprises which are similar to this family business.
