Study On The Paths For Transformation And Upgrading Of Private Enterprises

It was the beginning of a new period of the China's reform and opening-up since 1978.The public ownership was not the unique mode of the economic ownership structure.However,public economic broke through and ushered in the spring of the development.Private enterprises got rapid development after the following 40 years,gradually developed from individual business to global strategic and competitive large groups in spite of several setbacks reversing the growth of private enterprises.But the economic development has got into “the new normal” since 2012.More specifically,the GDP growth has changed from high speed to mid-high speed,trade surplus and deficit have also changed,the competitive pressure from domestic and international markets have gone further at the same time.These new requirements which are related to private enterprises are both opportunities and challenges.Enterprises with low pollution and high technology will be the mainstream trend,which means traditional private enterprises will be driven out of the market sooner or later if they don't take measures to seek better development through transformation and upgrading.Right now,some related disciplines are always focusing study on large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises instead of private enterprises which is to be mainstay in the national economy,especially on the paths for transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.Both how to be transformation and upgrading and which paths to choose have puzzled private enterprises.Besides,transformation and upgrading of private enterprise is inefficient and high risk of long-term failure where there is a serious lack of guiding theory.Proceeding with relevant statistical data of our private enterprises,combining with the status quo to analysis the problems of the development about private enterprises,and determining the factors with questionnaire and the software of Matlab which is used to identify weighting factors of transformation and upgrading of private enterprises,this paper designs paths for private enterprises.Then,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the paths which enterprises choose,and provides reference to different enterprises under different affecting factors in order to be effective on transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.
