Chinese Private Manufacturing Enterprise’s Factors On Choose Transformation And Upgrading Path

Chinese private manufacturing enterprise had in development predicament for some years. Now they have see the sight of light after the Government put forward “Made in China 2025”strategy.At this time, one of the private manufacturing enterprise’s most important tasks is out of the shadow of the preponderance on cheap labor force have had becomes the weakness, and to explore the new development advantages. Explore a suitable path is necessary to achieve the enterprise’s goal. Accordingly, how to choose the path appears particularly important. The original goal of the thesis is to discover the factors on choose the transformation and upgrading path and analysis the discrepancy among east middle and west.The thesis was concerned above Chinese private manufacturing enterprise. Using theoretical study and empirical study, to analysis the situation and make the investigation on primary subjects. Dividing the first-hand data into three groups by region, each group according to the nature of the internal and external into two groups, make empirical analysis of the six sets of date. The factor analysis is calculated by SPSS17.0.The thesis had explored the internal and external factors and found the discrepancy among different region. The main external factors of different region have similarities but the main internal factors don’t. The study on Chinese private manufacturing enterprises of transformation and upgrading path was limited. Basing on the comparison of 3different region was even less. The thesis based on a combination of the two aspects to research the choose way of the path for enrich the correlation research and provide the theoretical guidance for the enterprises.
