State-owned enterprises in China has always been an important position.In recent years,with the deepening of China's state-owned enterprise reform,how to improve the efficiency of enterprises,to stimulate business vitality has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper research on the performance management system of middle managers in state-owned enterprises,in order to help to correctly evaluate the performance of middle managers,rationally choose people to use,and finally realize the common development of enterprises and talents.First of all,the paper through the comprehensive use of a variety of analytical methods for state-owned enterprise middle managers performance management status of a specific analysis.Mainly summarized as the government for the performance of the main implementer,performance appraisal content and methods are more fixed,performance appraisal to get the results for the ultimate goal.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation,it is found that the performance management system of the middle-level managers mainly lacks the prerequisite for the establishment,the unreasonable selection of the content and methods,and the improper use of the performance appraisal results.Through further research,it is found that the root causes of these problems are mainly due to the introduction of modern performance management system,the loss of fair and the lack of attention to middle-level human capital.Finally,according to the problems,this paper puts some solutions,such as improve the preparation and methods,set the assessment indicators and weights,improve the main assessment and the cycle,focusing on performance feedback and the results of the use of.Which mainly uses the balanced scorecard as the core examination method,and adds the social environment contribution dimension.Finally establishes a systematic and comprehensive middle management performance system suitable for the reform and development of our state-owned enterprises.
