Research On Interpersonal Network Of Topic Driven Virtual Community Based On Knowledge Process Management View

From Content oriented Web1.0 Era to Relationship oriented Web2.0 Era,the development of the Internet and information technology breaks the traditional way of interpersonal communication and generates the virtual community,a new platform for interpersonal communication.In a virtual community,people familiar with each other,professionals in the same field of science and people with a common interest can interact with others freely without time and space limited.Compared with the traditional mass media,user behavior in the virtual community showed obvious characteristics of the we-media and interactive features.They are not only passive recipient of cyber source,but also the resource producers,disseminators and administrators.Network interaction between them will contact each other,forming a virtual community interpersonal network.This paper explores the changes of the interpersonal network in the virtual community based on the knowledge exchange and interactive behavior of the topic based virtual community users from the perspective of knowledge process management.Firstly,this paper researches the correlation of interpersonal relationship network and knowledge process management topic of virtual community on the basis of studying the topic in the form of virtual community knowledge process model and virtual community interpersonal network motivation,which not only taking the interpersonal relationship network structure on knowledge process management into account,but also discusses the reasons of the formation and change of interpersonal network in virtual community from the perspective of knowledge process management.Secondly,this paper divides the whole process of virtual community users on a particular topic of knowledge interaction and discussion into four stages from the perspective of knowledge management,namely the stage of knowledge acquisition,knowledge communication,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.According to the users’ behavior of each stage of discussion on the topic of knowledge,this paper constructs user behavior model,analyzes the interpersonal relationship network features formed by these specific knowledge interaction behavior and explores the changes of interpersonal relationship network in topic virtual based community.From the scatter point network of knowledge acquisition develops into the star radial network of opinion leader as the center in knowledge dissemination phase,then develops into to the complex network of galaxies formed by a number of opinion leaders in the stage of knowledge sharing.Entering the stage of knowledge innovation it changes into a simple galaxy network with the topic of discussion cool down.Finally,with the end of the discussion,a large number of nodes exit and the interpersonal network returns to the original scattered point.Finally,according to the above four stages,this paper uses social network software Ucinet to do visual analysis the interpersonal relationship network formed by the topic discussion and measures the structure property characteristics of the network interpersonal relationship in each stage to show the process of interpersonal relationship network changes formed by a topic of discussion in the virtual community based on the topic “a American medical doctors lost work ethics” launched by Annie Yi on Sina Microblog.Overall,this paper not only provides a new perspective for the study of interpersonal networks,but also provides a reference for the promotion of knowledge exchange and interpersonal interaction in virtual communities.
