The traditional way for enterprises to acquire knowledge is mainly through the contributions of internal employees.Under the complex and ever-changing economic environment, the knowledge structure and knowledge reserve level of internal employees in the enterprise has been unable to solve all the innovation problems faced by the enterprise. With the development of Internet technology, the knowledge-sharing subjects and the transmission paths are more diversified.Under this background, the application of enterprise virtual communities has completely changed the ways that enterprises acquire knowledge. The knowledge sharing among members of the enterprise virtual community plays an important role in the product innovation of the enterprise. However, the participation of the enterprise virtual community in users' knowledge sharing is faced with many factors, and there are many difficulties in the sharing process. The exchange and sharing of knowledge is the foundation of the existence and development of the enterprise's virtual community. How to realize the knowledge exchange and sharing among users in the virtual community is a key problem that enterprises need to solve. The knowledge sharing behavior among participating users is a dynamic process that combines the macro level and the micro level organically, while the evolutionary game theory effectively combines the evolutionary dynamics of individual behavior decision-making and group behavior evolution dynamics, and it is suitable for the research of users' knowledge sharing behavior. This paper first summarizes the basic concepts, knowledge sharing and evolution game theory of the enterprise virtual community.Based on previous scholars' research, this paper puts forward the main factors affecting the user's knowledge sharing behavior: the user's knowledge level, the degree of knowledge sharing, the transformation and absorption of knowledge, the degree of mutual knowledge sharing among users, sharing costs, and incentives measures.By analyzing the influence of the above factors on the user's knowledge sharing behavior, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of the user's knowledge sharing behavior.Based on the evolution analysis of the model, the evolutionary equilibrium strategy and evolution path of the system are obtained. Then, the paper analyzes the influence degree of each factor on user's knowledge sharing behavior under the assumption of bounded rationality. The numerical simulation analysis method is used to verify the influence of various factors on the user's knowledge sharing behavior. This paper proposes strategies to promote users' participation in knowledge sharing in virtual communities from access mechanisms, management mechanisms, incentive mechanisms, and security mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of users' knowledge sharing behaviors in enterprise virtual communities.Based on the factors influencing the user's knowledge sharing behavior, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model framework for user knowledge sharing behaviors. It provides solutions for how to promote the participation of users in the virtual community in knowledge exchange and communication better, which will help attract more users to participate in knowledge sharing and promote the enterprise virtual community to realize its own value.
