In traditional thinking,enterprises mainly rely on internal employees to acquire knowledge.However,in the context of economic globalization,the knowledge reserve of internal employees is far from enough to help enterprises solve all the problems in daily production and operation activities.With the comprehensive popularization of computer network technology,the way of knowledge and information dissemination is becoming more and more diverse.In this context,enterprises establish virtual communities through Internet technology to attract Internet users to exchange and share knowledge in the community platform,and hope to find inspiration and inspiration for enterprise innovation,so as to lay the foundation for future success in the business market competition.However,with the development of enterprise virtual community,the existing problems in the community are increasingly apparent.Many enterprises' virtual community platforms are not willing to participate in knowledge sharing.Many participating users simply use or reference the knowledge shared by others,but do not exchange their own opinions with others,which leads to the so-called "free riding" phenomenon.Although some users participate in knowledge sharing,their sharing degree is not high.Some users may share knowledge with others Users overlap;a large part of the enterprise virtual community platform loose management of the community.All of the above problems are huge obstacles to the healthy development of enterprise virtual community.Therefore,this paper studies the participation of enterprise virtual community in user knowledge sharing behavior,hoping to promote the participation of user knowledge sharing behavior,help the prosperity of enterprise virtual community,and provide help for enterprises to better find the innovation point of business competition from enterprise virtual community.The purpose of this study is to explore the main factors that affect the strategy choice of enterprises and community users in the knowledge sharing behavior of enterprise virtual community,and based on the research conclusion,put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the willingness of community users to participate in the knowledge sharing and the use and management of enterprise virtual community.According to this,this paper first combs the influencing factors of virtual community,knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing,the theoretical basis and research results of evolutionary game.Then,this paper uses the two-party game model to study the strategy choice of participating users in the knowledge sharing of enterprise virtual community at different levels of knowledge.Combined with MATLAB software,the paper simulates and analyzes the platform reward,opportunity cost,distribution coefficient of new knowledge income and knowledge sharing degree of participating users,and draws the corresponding conclusions.Then,because the enterprise itself undertakes the important responsibility of operating and developing the enterprise virtual community platform.Therefore,this paper constructs a three-party game model of knowledge sharing of enterprise virtual community with the participation of enterprises as the participants of the game,focusing on the strategy selection of enterprise virtual community platform in the community knowledge sharing behavior.Finally,based on the research results of the game model,this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the willingness to participate in user knowledge sharing and the use and management of enterprise virtual community from four aspects,such as access strategy,management strategy,incentive strategy and guarantee strategy.The results show that: the innovation coefficient of knowledge sharing,the price of new knowledge,the rewards to be given by the virtual community,the opportunity cost of not sharing knowledge and other parameters have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing behavior of users;the repetition rate of sharing knowledge and the loss to high-level users after sharing knowledge will have a negative impact on the knowledge sharing behavior of users ? For enterprises,it is necessary to set up reasonable supervision and incentive costs,and at the same time,enhance the probability of collaborative innovation revenue and its reasonable distribution to better promote the prosperity and development of enterprise virtual community platform.
