Research On Management Of Road Over-load Transportation In Guangzhou

Overload transportation seriously destroys road surface and bridge facilities,easily causing traffic accidents,disrupting the order of the transportation market,and injuring people's lives and property.Guangzhou City has taken many effective measures such as strengthen the construction of the checking sites,road joint enforcement and flowing enforcement.The phenomenon of overload transportation has been improved distinctly.However,the work of governing over-limited and over-load transportation is difficult to perform in Guangzhou City because the mechanism system is not perfect,high cost of governing,lack of science and technology application and less supervision on cargo transportation source units.In recent years,The phenomenon of overload transportation rebound overrun.Some bridges and highway were severely damaged in Guangzhou because of overload transportation.The Humen bridge was circularized a criticism by the Ministry of Traffic in2012,2013.Such as Yajisha bridge,got serious diseases because of a large number of overload transportation vehicle in recent years,though the traffic department and highways owner units had taken strict governance measures.These accidents exposed bridge maintenance management and governance problems that exist in the governing overload transportation,further highlights the importance and urgency of strengthening bridge safety work.With the author's thinking in the work,the author use literature survey method,interview method,comparative analysis,field survey method and other research methods,analyze the existing problems of Guangzhou deeply.Presently,there are a lot of academic research on overload transportation still cannot effectively solve the problem of overload vehicles overrun,especially research on Guangzhou governance of overload transportation is rarely.In view of the current situation of the work to control overload transportation in Guangzhou City,the problems presenting in work,and successful governance experience,the object of our work is to investigate the problems existing in governing overload transportation,and to discuss the measures to solve these problems next step,which will promote the work to perform and will make a breakthrough.
