The purpose of this research is to study the factors affecting e-commerce adoption in small and medium sizes enterprises in the context of Guinea.E-Commerce has become increasingly popular in our everyday business and personal lives,therefore this study also identify the e-commerce benefits realized by these SMEs and investigates the relationship between the levels of e-commerce adoption and the benefits thus realized.The study is also motivated by the limited studies related to e-commerce adoption by Small and Medium Sized Enterprises SMEs,especially in developing in countries like Guinea.This study empirically examines the factors that affect e-commerce adoption by Guinea Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.The researcher developed a model containing factors that might support e-commerce adoption and the research model for this study was obtained from the literature on information and communication technology,Information system,and electronic data interchange.This study tested 8 hypotheses,an independent variables e-commerce adoption and dependent variables availability and speed of internet,perceived relative advantage,organizational readiness,security,and cost,perceived usefulness,ease of use,intention behavioural to use that were choose and believe to be factors that influence e-commerce adoption.An online and physical questionnaire based survey,mailed survey and questionnaire collected in-person from a sample of 50 Small and Medium Sized Enterprises SMEs in Guinea.The data collected was analysed using SPSS software,which gives the detailed description of the reliability,validity,correlation and regression analysis.Reliability Crombach's alpha proved that the questionnaires were reliable,correlation between variables were and regression analysis were done.The findings show that 7 variables(availability and speed of internet,perceived relative advantage,ease of use,organizational readiness,security,and cost and perceive usefulness)have significant impact on e-commerce adoption.The study provides a clear understanding of employee's perception about e-commerce adoption in their businesses.This study is important in a global context,as Small and Medium Sized Enterprises SMEs in Guinea aim at exporting their product in the global marketplace.
