Research On The Application Of Erp For Medium And Small Enterprises Under The Environment Of E-commerce

Economic globalization put forward higher requirements to enterprise speed, efficiency and quality. Enterprises need to improve their competitiveness to meet the demand of economic globalization, adapt to an increasingly competitive international market requirements. While the level of development of Medium and Small Enterprises(MSEs) in China's entire economic structure not only has a pivotal role, but also the economic development potential and vitality. ERP management system advocated by its scientific and efficient management methods, it plays a positive role in solving the crisis facing MSEs which initiated by the large foreign corporations. MSEs to achieve the information both inside and outside, using supply chain management, so need to introduce the ERP information management systems, and ERP systems also need to integrate with e-commerce. Therefore, we need to study ERP application model of MSEs in e-business environment.The conditions of Chinese and foreign enterprises are differently, implement of ERP is a natural choice in business enterprise environment, because of the results of China's MSEs are not very ideal. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to study on ERP applications in the China's e-business environment for MSEs, and how to integrate the China's national conditions and the new e-commerce environment, explore a suitable path for China's conditions and the e-business environment of ERP applications have become the urgent issues need to study and resolve. So this paper is put forward the research topics - Research on Medium and Small-sized Enterprise's Mode and Application of ERP Under the environment of e-commerce. The main contents of this paper include: from the system point of view, the research enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-commerce-related theories, through research on development of China's e-business environment of MSEs of ERP integration,ERP integration necessity and feasibility. Researched on the ERP system architecture and ERP system applications characteristics which oriented MSEs, and then build on its logic and technical architecture. Established the ERP system of functional model for MSEs and studied of ERP and other systems integration. And integrate of internal and external from the perspective of the establishment of integrated ERP systems integration framework. And then analyzed in the e-business environment, MSEs how select ERP system. Finally, in accordance with the principles of building e-commerce platform and the further research of ERP architecture and key technologies, establish of MSEs services model and conduct a feasibility analysis.The innovation in this paper, in addition to the need of research and theoretical analysis, the focus is constructing ERP system for architecture of MSEs and how to more successful and effective in e-business environment. Then through the ERP model and feasibility analysis, ultimately make reasonable integration program.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problem of ERP implementation in MSEs, find tactics and enhance ERP applications in China's enterprises in e-commerce environment, and improve the success rate of implementation, enhance e-commerce and ERP integration efficiency. To fetch victory in the world market in the fierce competition, Chinese enterprises must realize the integration of ERP and e-commerce, through the use of integrated systems to achieve the rapid transmission of information and sharing. Enterprises can be improved response to customer demand speed, supply chain management, and improving the operational efficiency to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
