Manufacturing industry is a country's economic development pillar,in recent years,China's manufacturing industry is changing from the traditional manufacturing industry into the modern manufacturing transformation.Especially since the plan of “Chinese manufacturing 2025” has been advanced,intelligent manufacturing has been paid widespread attention.However,most of Chinese intelligent manufacturing enterprises are still in the initial stage.Promoting the development process and efficiency of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is vital of importance to Chinese economic growth and restructuring.Improving the performance of intelligent manufacturing enterprises needs a comprehensive understanding of their current situation and the key influencing factors.Therefore,this paper attempts to research the efficiency and influencing factors of intelligent manufacturing enterprises for adjusting the direction of their attention and investment.And the research can provide new ideas and policy recommendations for our government to support the intelligent manufacturing industry and promote the rapid development of Chinese intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper starts with the the evaluation method of enterprise performance,and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research on enterprise performance evaluation.Secondly,the traditional DEA model is used to calculate the performance of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises.And by analyzing the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises,their current operational status are obtained.Then the cross efficiency DEA method is used to further calculate the efficiency of the intelligent manufacturing enterprises,which are added to the mutual evaluation system.And it arranges them in a order.The method overcome the limitations of the traditional DEA model and obtain more accurate results of enterprise performance evaluation.According to the cross efficiency DEA method,the entropy method is used to construct the improved cross efficiency DEA model,and the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained by considering the correlation and weight information between intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Through the comparative analyzing results of three evaluation models,the advantages of the improved cross efficiency DEA method are highlighted.Finally,based on the above calculation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises' performance,the Tobit regression model based on improved cross efficiency DEA method is used to find out the key factors that affect the performance.Suggestions are put forward to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises for government and enterprises.Thus it can promote the efficiency of entire intelligent manufacturing industry.
