Research On Intelligent Transformation Path Of ST Logistics Company

With the continuous innovation of global industrial chain and supply chain,modern logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in national economy.In the new era,the development target of Chinese logistics industry is changing from high speed to high quality development.Under the new development pattern of "double cycle",the intelligent transformation of traditional logistics enterprises is the only way for sustainable development of enterprises.The National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Transport and other departments have issued a series of relevant policy documents,providing an important guarantee for the smart transformation of traditional logistics enterprises.The research on intelligent logistics mainly focuses on theoretical research and macro empirical research,while micro research is rare.Based on the theoretical research on intelligent logistics and enterprise development,this thesis studies the intelligent transformation path of ST logistics enterprises,hoping to provide reference for the intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized traditional logistics enterprises.Based on the systematic research on the theory and method of intelligent transformation of small and medium-sized traditional logistics enterprises,this thesis puts forward the research idea of "basic theory-environment analysis-measure evaluation-feature recognition-route design".Firstly,the theoretical system supported by the thesis is constructed by combining the theories of intelligent logistics and enterprise management.Then,taking ST logistics company as an example,analyzes the status quo of ST logistics enterprises,analyzes the challenges facing ST logistics enterprises under the background of digital intelligence,demonstrates the necessity of intelligent transformation to enhance the competitiveness of ST logistics enterprises in three dimensions of industry demand,enterprise competition and customer demand,and demonstrates the feasibility of intelligent transformation of ST logistics enterprises by PEST analysis method.Secondly,the measurement model of ST logistics enterprise intelligence level is constructed,and the questionnaire data is used as the data source to study the current situation of enterprise intelligence level,so as to measure the intelligence level of ST logistics enterprise.Clear the intelligent transformation plan of ST logistics enterprise,clear the intelligent function module of enterprise and the core content of intelligent transformation through research;Finally,the intelligent development model of logistics enterprises is designed based on the life cycle theory,combining with the characteristics of ST logistics enterprises,and the intelligent transformation path of enterprises is designed according to the idea of "stage division-feature recognition-path design".The research shows that the intelligent transformation of ST logistics enterprise is necessary and feasible.According to the characteristics of different stages of intelligent transformation of ST logistics enterprises,the transformation path is proposed by stages: the initial stage with "planning + infrastructure" as the core,the development stage with "management + service" as the core,the mature stage with "platform + sharing" as the core.According to the intelligent transformation path of ST logistics enterprises,the thesis believes that technical support,organizational support and talent support are important guarantees to support the intelligent transformation of ST logistics enterprises.
