With the acceleration of economic development and the rising disposable income of the residents,the status of tourism in the national economy is increasing day by day.The hotel industry as the core is developing at an alarming rate.In particular,the entry of foreign hotel is intensified competition in the hotel industry,the pressure of domestic and foreign counterparts,many hotels began to think about how to further enhance their competitiveness in order to seize more market share.On the one hand,some high-star hotels can realize more economic benefits by subdividing customers and innovating brand management strategies.On the other hand,by improving service quality and perfecting hardware and software infrastructure construction,attract more customers and increase hotel market influence.The efforts of the two channels have made some achievements,and promote the development of the hotel industry.However,on the whole,the hotel service quality still has many problems,the customer perceived service evaluation is low,the management and service personnel to the service quality of the degree of poor internal management is not in place,management consciousness,the lack of Customer needs and expectations of the investigation,leading to the hotel’s business and management in trouble,cannot survive in the fierce market competition and development.Imperial Seal International Hotel is a five-star hotel in Zhengzhou,the last two years by the hotel industry to adjust the pattern of the hotel business environment facing a greater change in the domestic well-known hotel brands have settled in the local market,leading Imperial Seal International Hotel Pressure surge.Therefore,the hotel management began to seek to enhance the core competitiveness of channels,strengthen the management of hotel service quality,to enhance the customer perceived service quality of satisfaction.However,in practice,the service quality of Imperial Seal International Hotel always has a big gap with the core competitor.How to improve the service quality and enhance the market competitiveness has become a headache for the hotel management.Based on the above-mentioned factors,this paper studies the service quality of Imperial Seal International Hotel with the theory of customer perceived servicequality,constructs the customer perceived service quality evaluation scale,and understands and confirms the hotel service quality problems,and according to the problem,Satisfaction survey,put forward targeted improvement measures and views to promote and enhance the sustainable development of Imperial Seal International Hotel.
