From 2011,the word "haze" appears in people's horizons, and today it is a hot word for people to pay close attention to.Frequent haze weather makes people realize that economic development cannot be at the expense of the environment. With the adjustment of industrial structure in recent years, the trend of pollution industry transfer is obvious, how is the path of China's pollution industry transfer? What are the factors that contribute to the transfer of pollution-intensive industries? How to avoid the pollution intensive industries transfer brought about by the pollution transfer at the same time? This paper explores the transfer path and driving factors of pollution-intensive industries in China as the starting point, the above problems as the basic problem of research. In this paper, based on the existing research, the use of building pollution intensive selection index of pollution industry, and thus the power, heat production and supply industry, paper and paper products industry, ferrous metal mining industry, nonmetallic mineral products industry, coal mining and washing industry,non-ferrous metal mining industry, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry, textile industry and other ten industries are divided into pollution-intensive industry, and then through the global spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial Durbin model regression analysis of spatial panel data from 30 regions in China from 2002 to 2014,the paper explores the transfer path and driving factors of China's pollution-intensive industries from the perspective of spatial correlation. The empirical results show that the spatial distribution of pollution-intensive industries in various regions of China has significant spatial dependency. The pollutionintensive industries in each region continue to carry out spatial dynamic transitions,roll-in and roll-out,and the central and western regions have inherited from the eastern coast regional out of the pollution-intensive enterprises. In terms of driving factors of pollution intensive industries transfer, enterprise cluster, infrastructure facilities, technological progress, capital investment has played a positive role in promoting, labor costs of pollution intensive industry transfer has a negative effect, environmental regulation of pollution intensive industry transfer has a dual role, namely "crowding out" and "innovation effect".Finally, according to the empirical results of this paper, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward. It is suggested that the industrial transformation should be carried out to promote green production, research and development of clean technology, pollution transfer should have scientific planning, intensive enterprises follow the transfer of the right path.
