This article mainly expounds the feasibility and necessity of foreign trade industry to utilize B2 B cross-border electronic commerce.On F-Company,we analyze the macro-environment and competitive advantages of cross-border B2 B e-commerce.We also find advantages and problems of F-Company to adopt B2 B cross-border e-commerce model.At last,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of B2 B cross-border e-commerce.First of all,we expound the Internet foreign trade situation,research background and significance of B2 B cross-border e-commerce.We mainly discuss theories and research about the electronic commerce,cross-border and B2 B e-commerce mode of cross-border electronic commerce,which provides a theoretical background.We reviews development of B2 B cross-border electronic commerce in recent years and present the transformation and its characteristics.Then,we use PEST model to analyses macro environment of B2 B cross-border e-commerce from politics,economy,technology and society.We conclude that it's the time of B2 B cross-border e-commerce.We analyses the necessity and feasibility of F-Company to undertake the B2 B cross-border electronic commerce.In view of problems of the B2 B cross-border companies,we deeply discuss the countermeasures and put forward some suggestions that enterprise and the government can improve. |
