Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Operation Of China's Cross-border E-Commerce Import Platform

Cross-border e-commerce is gradually becoming a new growth point for China's foreign trade.Overcoming various problems in the process of rapid development,but new problems are emerging.These new problems also restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms under the changing background of the times.Therefore,this paper will study the influencing factors faced by China's cross-border e-commerce import platform after its maturity.This paper first uses the virtual value chain theory and PEST theoretical analysis tools to obtain: the authentic guarantee of imported goods on the platform,the quantity of imported goods on the platform,the price of imported goods on the platform,the effective selection ability of the platform,and the personalized recommendation and display of the platform page.19 potential influencing factors such as price activity promotion,member marketing,off-site marketing,consumer purchase consultation,business qualification review,logistics order information management,and tightening and relaxation of national retail import commodity policies.Secondly,the application system dynamics model selects the data of a case enterprise to carry out simulation and analysis,and the number of active users,average customer unit price,purchase conversion rate and policy coefficient change as the key influencing factors of the platform during a period of time,according to the computer The simulation results show that when the cross-border e-commerce import platform operation gradually enters the mature period,there are four key potential influencing factors among the 19 potential influencing factors: the platform's genuine guarantee,price activity marketing,and member marketing.The tightening and relaxation of policies on imported retail products.For the operation of the cross-border e-commerce import platform,the improvement of the key potential influencing factors and the realization of the refined operation of the platform will become the key points for the future operation of the cross-border e-commerce import platform.
