Study On The Improvement Of Quality Management System For N Company

In this paper,the N company that we study is a manufacturer of bulk chemical products,the production in the normal quality requirement market is facing a serious oversupply,and the situation of company benefit becomes poor.In order to improve the condition of business,since 2014 N Company made the market business strategy that began to transform from sale product in middle quality requirement market completely to parts sale in middle quality requirement market and parts sale to the market that customer request high quality but the price is high.N Company received many customer complaints when sold product to new market,that seriously hinder N Company to achieve the strategic goal.After checked the related condition,found even N company build quality management system,but still have much weak point when run,for example management duty implement is not enough,employees quality consciousness is weak,emphasize production but weaken customer’ requirement service and handle customer complaint is not smooth etc.These problem is existed in some chemical company that similar with N company,and these problem will have obvious influence to high quality requirement customer’ satisfaction that will worsen product sale and company merit.Now,many articles that describe chemical company quality management system mainly focus the improvement for system compliance,it is less that focuses quality cost management.Based on chemical company condition and ISO9001 requirement,the article will mainly improve the system compliance to gets high quality requirement customer satisfaction.Meanwhile,add quality cost management in the quality management system.Based on N company’ new customer complaints as the breakthrough point,through the ISO9001 quality management system standards and quality management theory and related literature knowledge as a means of analysis,use quality cost management method,to check the structure of quality management system and the current operating conditions of N company,summed up the problems,such as the quality management organization setup is unreasonable,the quality management system and the file is existed some defect,need to improve employees’ quality consciousness,etc.Base on the study,some quality management system improvement measures are suggested: Adjust the quality management departments’ structure,strengthen the quality committee functions and enhance the awareness of quality management,improve file system,improve training efficiency,improve employee quality consciousness by quality cost management,continual improvement and PDCA quality cycle method.After took these countermeasures,improve the level of product quality management and customer satisfaction,increase sales in new markets,improve the business conditions of the company.The article research quality cost management,quality management duty compliance,customer complaint handling,suggest some countermeasure and method to improve quality management system that can refer to for chemical company.
