Research On Risk Management And Prevention In International Trade Of DF Group

As economic globalization is coming,the international trade of China develops rapidly.As the capital of China,Beijing is also one of the international trade center cities in our country.The trade development level of foreign trade enterprises in Beijing is very representative.Any trade risks,the foreign trade enterprises in Beijing are no exception.Besides,because of their big business and fast development,their International trade risks are more typical.So the analysis and research of International trade risk management and prevention in Beijing's foreign trade enterprises has practical significance.This paper has analyzed a large state-owned foreign trade company in Beijing-DF group,and has investigated 5 main risk problems of DF group in recent years by the way of case analysis,which are foreign exchange risk,trade contracts risk,export credit risk,risk of international trade barriers and maritime transport risk.And then this paper has evaluated and analyzed the loss ratios and the causes of the above five risks.According to the possibility of occurrence and the influence degree of the five risks,the paper has divided them into different areas.The focus of this paper is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for DF group's international trade risk management and prevention,which based on the different areas of risk and the current situation and existing problems of risk management in DF group.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions include improving the ability of DF group to prevent and recognize risk on the whole level;intensify efforts to the credit investigation of trade partners;strengthening the holistic management of trade contract;improving the precaution ability of staffs on the soft clause of the letter of credit;use financial means to avoid foreign exchange risk and optimizing the prevention countermeasures of maritime transport risk.Finally,the paper has put forward some relevant implementing guarantees from three aspects--organization,system and personnel,in order to ensure the effective implementation of risk management and preventive measures.This paper would like to provide some references for DF group and other similar foreign trade enterprises in China,through the research of international trade risk management and prevention in DF group.
