The Research Of Risk Management Base On International Trade For CZ Corporation

Nowadays, China plays a more and more important role in global manufacturing industry. Substantial amount of China-made products are exported to all over the world. Every year, China gains huge trade surplus from international trade. China made products are becoming more and more competitive in international market. However, besides the prosperity, China also faces increasing risks in international market.This paper uses a typical Chinese export enterprise as an example, analyzes the risks it faces in international trade. Using risk management techniques, this study examines the risks both qualitatively and quantitatively. Corresponding risk solutions are developed based on the risk analysis. In order to help the enterprise to manage future risks systematically, a risk management system for the enterprise is established, which includes a risk management organization system and an information system.This study can provide information and reference to other large enterprises in China.
