Study On The Housing Demand And Effective Supply Of Ant Tribe In Zhengzhou

Housing problem is about people’s livelihood construction,which is also the basic need of every family.Currently,ant tribe increasingly becomes a really huge social group.Highly educated people with low incomes stay in the sandwich class,which shows more seriously.Furthermore,ant tribe suffers from housing problems and it has been paid attention by local government and society.First of all,this study has selected Zhengzhou ant group as the research object.Based on the existing experience and mature theory system,it expounds the paper on topic background and significance.Also,this paper illustrates selected status,related theories,research ideas and innovations.Secondly,on the one hand,according to up-to-date investigation about real income and living conditions from ant tribe,it summarizes the characteristics about housing demanding and analysis about rental housing.Besides,macroeconomic data collection analyzes real scales on land requirement.Combining macroeconomic and microeconomic data,we could find that existing rental rising causes the shortage of rental-markets’ supplies,small scales on public rental housing and the serious phenomenon of ant tribe.In addition,establishing the model of structural equation focuses on the study on demand of housing in Zhengzhou.This paper analyzes the factors about basis family statements,the abilities on housing price,the housing situation and the structure on potential buyers.Based on the experience of the public housing system at the domestic condition and abroad condition like the United Kingdom,the United States,Sweden,the Netherlands,Singapore or Hong Kong including the public housing policy on the evolution and innovation,it helps us realize the core of the housing system on the basis of market mechanism and we start to know that the government’s decision plays an important role in solving the housing problem of ant tribe.Finally,the main points are about expanding the effective supply of housing and make it come true.In the aspects on conclusion and prospect,I make a short summarize about research points.These words are for reference only and this paper still needs to be improved.
