The two-sided matching decision-making problem comes from the wide practical background,and along with the development of society and economy,the bilateral matching decision-making problems will continue to be a new change.At present,all areas of operation have become more sophisticated,in the study of the two-sided matching problem,in order to match the results more precise,it is necessary to pay attention to the individual needs.For example,in the field of human resources,with the continuous development of market economy,the social division of labor has become more refined,and with the deepening of information society,the popularity of higher education is gradually expanding,as every individual in the society for the interests and needs are more diverse and complex.Began to appear in the organization of the differences of staff requirements,while employees in the job process,also has its own value of the indicators,or face the same value of the indicators of the degree of difference.In a similar case,when the weight selection index and index,both in the individual can respectively agree,how to deal with the two sides obtain satisfactory results has become an important problem that needs to be solved in the research of two-sided matching.First of all,in order to accurately grasp the personalized needs of the decision maker,Aiming at the problem of product evaluation system,this paper proposes a bottom up method of constructing evaluation system of product,which method need mining customer reviews information,identify the needs of customers,further application data clustering analysis.So as to provide support for the next step of bilateral matching decision.Secondly,two-layer optimization models are proposed in this paper.The definition and analysis framework of two-sided matching decision making under individual criteria setting are given,and based upon the analyses of criteria overlap degree,an overall criteria set is established,and a criteria weight coordination optimization model is designed for each party;next,the matching competition degree is suggested to simplify a proposed multi-objective matching optimization model to produce the matching decisions.Finally,this paper also from the graph model for conflict resolution to the two-sided matching problem is studied.In this paper,from two perspectives of mathematical modeling and optimization,as well as the model of conflict analysis graph,the research of the bilateral matching problem has been promoted in depth and breadth.
