Research On The Graph Model For Conflict Resolution Based On The Attitude Of Decision Makers

With the rapid development of the world economy and technology,the conflicts between the various stakeholders frequently happen.The classical game theory in process of conflict analysis requires quantitative preference information,but it is difficult to obtain the exact preference information in the realistic conflict.Compared with game theory,the graph model for conflict analysis(GMCR)developed on the basis of the classical game theory is more flexible and convenient as GMCR only needs qualitative preference information when analyzing conflict.Since the attitude of decision makers(DMs)have a significant impact on the preferences,this paper studies the GMCR based on attitude.Firstly,this paper proposes the GMCR based on attitude from the options of DMs,improving the previous theory from three aspects.Specifically,this paper integrates the attitude and option prioritization method(the preference of the DM on the strategy)to produce the attitude preference.Compared with the existing attitude preference based on states,the new method is more practical and convenient.Then,a new preference structure is presented,which can better describe the behavior of DMs under attitude and predict the conflict.Third,the existing attitude stability is divided into strong and weak stability,which makes the forecasted results closer to the factual.Secondly,with the attitude of DMs in complicated conflict is more intricacy,the simple attitude is not enough to describe the attitude of the DM.For example,the strength of attitude from a DM towards others may be different,and the attitude of DMs may be uncertain(positive or indifferent).Therefore,the GMCR based on simple attitude is extended to the uncertain and strong attitudes,further completing the GMCR.Finally,the theory proposed in this paper is added to the original conflict analysis decision support system(NUAAGMCR)to facilitate DMs to analyze the conflict including attitude,which is used to analyze and forecast the price conflict of YISHION under double-channel supply chain.The whole analytical procedure not only proves the effectiveness of proposed theory,but also provides the valuable information for DMs and offers a way to solve similar conflicts.In this paper,the new GMCR based on attitude is proposed to further improve the GMCR theory,which also is added into the original decision support system for providing an effective tool for DMs to analyze the complexed conflict including attitude.
