| A single enterprise’s resources and capacity are limited,and the investment in technology and knowledge is a long and arduous work,it is difficult for enterprises to complete independently.So it is the trend to find partners to form a coalition.Universities and research institutes have high-level talents and technology,but they lack the conditions and means to transform technology into productive forces.Universities and research institutes also need to look for enterprises that can cooperate.Collaborative research and innovation came into being.However,the distribution of profits and benefits of collaborative innovation is the key to the realization of collaborative innovation.This paper begins with the research status of the benefit distribution of cooperation innovation,and studies and analyzes the research status of the theory of benefit distribution of collaboration innovation.It is pointed out that the current principal-agent theory in the supply chain as well as the application of the enterprise’s incentive more,and in the collaborative research and innovation in the application of less;on the fair preference,for the three different risk and interest preferences lack of in-depth study,This paper analyzes the influence of fairness preference on the choice of the game strategy for the cooperation of industry,university and research institute.For the knowledge sharing,the benefit distribution research of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research rarely involves the effect of benefit distribution caused by synergetic and knowledge sharing efforts.In this paper,we study the principal-agent model from the perspective of fairness-of-interest and knowledge-sharing,and construct the profit distribution model of the cooperation under fairness and interest,and the profit sharing of the industry-university-model.Since the fairness preference involves horizontal equity and vertical equity,the interest distribution model is constructed without consideration of fair concern,fairness of universities and research,and equal concern of both parties.In the case of asymmetric information and asymmetric information,the models are solved respectively,and the optimal level of production and research effort,knowledge sharing efforts,and the ultimate benefit of all parties are obtained.Preference and knowledge sharing of marginal output set of different variables for the value of the data MATLAB simulation,to obtain the fairness of knowledge sharing and marginal benefits of knowledge sharing model of production and research benefits. |
