Urban transport network is the main blood to maintain the operation of the city,the expansion of urban areas makes more and more transport facilities and transport gradually into the city traffic,traffic network horizontal amplification while the increase in its components make the traffic network system increasingly complex.The Static traffic construction as one of the most important components of urban transport system,the lack of it not only affect the lives of residents,disrupt the traffic order,but also the whole city's economic activities caused great obstacles.Old city as the central area of most cities,not only the economic and commercial center of gravity,but also an active area of urban transport,the demand for parking facilities is in constant growth.The old city because of the building-intensive,available for new parking facilities,land resources are very limited,so how in the urban transport network,the appropriate parking lot,and the balance of the old and new urban parking resources allocation,making the city's traffic network can be more.Good operation is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in urban planning.In this paper,the complex network of urban traffic is studied by using parking lot as network node.In contrast to the traditional parking lot location model,this paper takes into account the traffic conditions around the alternative points of the parking lot,including the nature of the surrounding land,the demand for parking,the impact of the parking lot on the traffic flow around the road,and so on.The parking lot as an important part of urban transport and transportation system to contain each other between each other,into the network into the study of the more intuitive expression of the city's static traffic distribution,it is able to show the node.Link and the relationship between the containment,making the whole idea of the problem more global and integrated.The introduction of complex networks into the problem of static traffic location research,but also a number of research results at home and abroad a summary of application and innovation.Based on the authoritative data collected from Guiyang City,this paper establishes a topology model for the distribution of parking lot in Guiyang City,analyzes the characteristics of visualization and complexity,and analyzes the distribution of parking lot in Guiyang according to the characteristics of its network.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the complex network of traffic in Guiyang and the characteristics of the network,the parking lot location model under the complex network condition is established,which is from the aspects of the surrounding road impedance,the regional parking demand and the location of the parking lot in the network Finally,the theoretical model is applied to the parking lot location in the flower and orchard area of Guiyang.The calculation result of the example data proves the feasibility of the model.In addition,in the course of this study,the author collected the data of the parking lot distribution and the surrounding traffic situation in Guiyang City and the flower orchard.In the process of analyzing and calculating the data,some distribution rules of parking facilities in Guiyang City were obtained,and at the end of the article gives a practical policy recommendation.
