The role of Human Resource Management is to maintain a reasonable and optimal ratio between manpower,material resources and technology,give full play to human potential,improve work efficiency,and achieve organizational goals.This is the root of sustainable development of enterprises.The Agricultural Development Bank of China(ADBC)is the only policy bank in China specializing in agriculture.The Zhejiang Branch is the first provincial branch of ADBC and also the only policy bank in the province to set up branches in county-level administrative region.At present,the economic development of China has entered the “New Normal”,and the whole country is focusing on promoting supply side structural reform.To build ADBC into a high-quality and modern agricultural policy bank,the task of reform and development is arduous.Difficulties like “how to optimize the structure of the cadre team”,“how to improve the income distribution mechanism”,“how to innovate the training methods”,“how to improve employee satisfaction” e.t.c.are challenging human resource management.This article has taken the employees of Zhejiang Branch of ADBC as the research object and used the relevant theories of employee satisfaction research to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of employee satisfaction.Multiple reseach methods like literature research,questionnaire survey,and combination of qualitative andquantitative analysishave been used.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.In the first part,the domestic and foreign research literature on the subject has been classified and summarized,and the theoretical basis and research methods based on this research have been determined.In the second part,after summarizing the human resource structure and organizational structure of Zhejiang Branch of ADBC,an evaluation system for employee satisfaction has been established and the weight of each indicator have been calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.The dimensions of payment,career development,working environment,interpersonal relationship,and corporate culture have been taken into consideration.After that,a comprehensive and graded evaluation of the employee satisfaction of the branch has been carried out using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on membership vector and evaluation score calculated from 220 questionnaire survey data.The overall satisfaction score is 73.83,and the evaluation result is satisfactory.Finally,the main reasons affect the employee satisfaction have been systematically analyzed from the perspective of primary and secondary indicators.Various strategies for improving employees' satisfaction including improving job rewards,providing a career development platform,improving working environment,maintaining interpersonal relationships,and strengthening corporate culture construction,have been proposed.It is believed that this study can help Zhejiang Branch of ADBC to effectively improve employee satisfaction and human resource management level.It is also of reference value for staff satisfaction construction of other branches of ADBC.
