Thus, it can construct an indicator system based on the balanced scorecard, and then constructed the performance management system together with indicator system of behavior ability. Thirdly, through the example analyze of this bank, and the further analysis and study on introduce of this bank performance management, to raise a feasible proposal for performance management.
