Study On The Cross-border M&A Of Private Enterprises In China

With the fifth wave of transnational mergers and acquisitions(M&A)in the world,Chinese enterprises to expand the international markets and improve the comprehensive strength,gradually accelerate the pace of cross-border M&A,of which private enterprises with their own strength to continue to accumulate,participate in cross-border mergers and acquisitions enthusiasm increased steadily and gradually become the main cross-border M&A of Chinese enterprises.However,by observing the past cases of cross-border M&A of private enterprises,it can be found that there are still many problems to be solved urgently,these problems affect the improvement of enterprise performance and the economic development of China.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to trace and analyze the cross-border M&A of private enterprises in China.In this paper,based on domestic and foreign research,using literature method,qualitative and quantitative mehtod to analysis transnational M&A motivation,effect,influence factors and problems of Chinese private enterprises.The main research contents include: first,this paper analyzes the motivations of the cross-border M&A of private enterprises in China,and analyzes the current situation of cross-border M&A of private enterprises by collecting a large number of data systems.Second,using the method of economic value added(EVA)to verify the performance of cross-border M&A of private enterprises in China,the results show that Chinese private enterprises cross-border M&A performance in the short term is not ideal.At the same time,using the least squares method for the multivariate linear regression to analyze the factors that affect the performance of cross-border M&A of private enterprises in China,the author draws the conclusion that the host country's control,cultural differences and their own profitability is more obvious.Third,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward some practical problems such as legal risk,financing difficulty,cultural conflict,blind acquisition and lack of talent.Fourth,for these issues put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for private enterprises cross-border M&A reference.This paper systematically studies the problems of cross-border M&A of privateenterprises,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to help promote the healthy development of our enterprises and the prosperity of private economy.Which enriches the empirical and practical content analysis of transnational M&A of private enterprises in our country,and has great practical significance.
