Based On Fixed Income Method Of Internet Enterprise Value Evaluation Research

The Internet enterprise is a kind of typical light asset enterprise.Whether it is the enterprise management mode or profit model,it makes the Internet enterprise and the traditional enterprise have the very big difference.The Internet has the characteristics of user first,disruptive innovation,low cost,high efficiency,high risk and so on.These features make the Internet enterprise value not only by profitability,solvency,operating capacity and effect of financial factors and non-financial factors affect the value of a large part is also affected by the market competitiveness,talent competitiveness,technological innovation ability of enterprise and management level etc..Therefore,whether it is Internet mergers and acquisitions,restructuring,financing,or Internet enterprise IPO,we should consider the financial and non-financial factors when evaluating the value of Internet companies.At present,the existing evaluation method of enterprise value basically only consider the financial factors,in the face of increasingly prosperous Internet enterprises,to develop a set of practical,accurate and effective Internet enterprise value assessment methods is very urgent.This paper aims at the comprehensive consideration of the Internet enterprise value driving factors,to build the Internet enterprise value evaluation index system,the non-financial evaluation index into the evaluation index system,the income method is modified,so as to provide new ideas for the research on the evaluation of the value of Internet companies.This thesis based on the Internet business characteristics of the comb on the Internet enterprise value is redefined;then the value management theory summarizes the driving factors of enterprise value based on the Internet,based on the re construction of the Internet enterprise value evaluation index system,the characteristic of this system is the non-financial index into the evaluation index of Internet enterprises;then determine on the Internet enterprise value evaluation model modification,application process,relevant parameters were analyzed in detail.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the expert scoring method are used to revise the method of Internet enterprise value evaluation.The new evaluation method should be paid attention to in the evaluation of Internet enterprise value.At the end of this paper,the application of evaluation method modified to specific cases,to evaluate the spirit of entertainment network enterprise value,through case analysis,summarizes the applicability of the new evaluation method in the evaluation of enterprise value in the internet.So as to provide an evaluation basis for the pricing of Internet companies and pricing of Internet mergers and acquisitions.
