Therefore, whether in mergers and acquisitions, or in the Internet companies listed price, the Internet enterprise value assessment should be comprehensive consideration factors that influence its value. However, there is a few ot the academia about non-financial factors of Internet enterprise value evaluation research,This paper based on the Internet enterprise value driving factors, rebuild the Internet enterprise value evaluation index system, included the non-financial evaluation index into the evaluation index system,aims to comprehensive consideration and modify traditional evaluation method, so as to provide new research idea for the Internet enterprise value assessment.This paper firstly redefined the Internet enterprise value according to the characteristics of the Internet companies,Then based on the value management theory to summarize the Internet enterprise value driving factors, on this basis to build the Internet enterprise value evaluation index system.The characteristics of the system is combined the non-financial indicators with the Internet enterprise value evaluation index. And then modified and applied the Internet enterprise value evaluation model, the relevant parameters are analyzed in detail. This article mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the dimensionless scoring method to modify the Internet enterprise value evaluation methods,Put forward the new evaluation method on the Internet enterprise value assessment of matters needing attention.
