Research On Group Work Intervention In Small & Micro Business Incentive Problems

Incentive is a kind of objective motivation,which is influenced by external and internal factors.Arousing people's inner incentive contributes to making them full of energy and keeping their high state of struggle.Current large and medium-sized enterprises introduce a complete set of policy suited to motivate employees.While,confined to its own funds,manpower,management etc.If the policy applied to a small and micro businesses,it's difficult to achieve its goal like an enterprise.Although small and micro businesses are in booming,the loss of employees become important factors in its development.The incentive of employees in small and micro businesses has aroused positive reflection of all sectors in society,besides social worker.As one of the three ways of social work,group work plays an important role on incentive problems in small and micro businesses.Focusing on the incentive of employees in small and micro businesses,this thesis analyzes the problems of incentive policy and estimate staffs' needs through the way of interview and questionnaire survey.By group work,we carry out 4 group activities on the subjects of “Warm Family”? “Everybody can do something”? “Supporters help reduce pressure”? “My future is not just a dream ”,which help relationship promoting,psychological problem solving and enterprise culture improving.We contrast previous and current incentive of employees and find ways to retain the talent and develop well by promoting employees' relationship and self-confidence.What's more,we cultivate enterprise's culture and create a kind of popular atmosphere to arouse the enthusiasm of employees and reduce their pressure to help them make group work target.
