In recent years,China's environmental problems have become increasingly serious,corporations as an important ownerof environmental issues,the improvement of its environmental behavior is of great significance to solve environmental problems.From the domestic and practice,cognitive bias for the value of Corporate Environmental Behavior exists and results in ignoring the possibility of Corporate Environmental Behavior to promote the efficiency of internal management,only focus on external force control will cause the fake and influence environment protect.It can be seen that it is of great significance to explore and sort out the connotation and value of Corporate Environmental Behavior for the improvement of environmental problems and enterprise management.In this paper,we investigate and verify the connotation and structure of Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception by using qualitative research methods,aiming at the confusion of the value of Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception.On this basis,constructs a cross layer model of the relationship between Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with intermediation of Workplace Spirit,and uses SPSS and HLM tools to validate the model.The main conclusions as follows:(1)Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception is made up by the environmental protection management,environmental protection strategy,social responsibility and environmental image four dimensions;(2)there is a significant difference between of different demographic characteristics of employees in Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception,Workplace Spirit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior;(3)there is the cross layer relationship of Corporate Environmental Behavior Perception,Workplace Spirit and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Finally,this study based on the above conclusions,come up with the dual goal of control system to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and server the problems solving of environmental pollution.
