| For a long time,mining and separating industry,such as coal,oil,black and non-ferrous metal have a great contribution to the economic development of our country.But at the same time,the traditional "resources-products-waste emissions" one-way linear mode of production has also led the city which based on resource appeared serious environmental crisis and development problems in the process of development,bring many unavoidable social problem.However,the study of resource-based cities at home and abroad mainly in industrial structure adjustment,transformation,sustainable development and new urbanization construction and so on.The study of vulnerability is relatively small,the only research also mainly concentrated in the connotation,influencing factors and the simulation method of f vulnerability.Research on reduce strategy of vulnerability is very lack.Resilience is an important way to reduce the vulnerability of the system and is the basis of regional sustainable development,the research about raising the resilience has great significance.Fully combed existing domestic and foreign research about the resources city,the industrial ecosystem and the restoring force,I find a clear breakthrough point,namely increasing the resilience to reduce the vulnerability of the system.Based on the analysis of resource-based city industry ecosystem resilience factors,we analysis the relationship between influencing factors through the questionnaire survey and so on,constructing the structural relation model within factors,and verifying the result through the case.Later,we consider the perspective of system dynamics,this paper use differential equation to build the evolution stages of resilience model.Simulation was carried out on the model through MATLAB,further verifing affect of resilience influencing factors in different stages of the evolution.Finally,according to the result of simulation,promotion strategy is put forward in view of the different stages of evolution of resilience,providing enterprise and the government with suggestions when business and government formulating policies.Based on the research above,the main research conclusion:(1)Firm’s ability to cope with economic crisis(including cognitive ability and risk emergency behavior diversity of enterprise),marketization level(including the Service development degree,proportion of resources allocated by market,non-state economic development level,product market development degree)is located in top of thesystem in RCIES resilience influence,they are direct factors.Internal relations within system’s main body(including rigid of link technology,linking degree between enterprises and service)and system internal environment(including the regional legal system perfection,government’s intervention in the market)is located in the bottom and plays the rooting role.Industry development ability(including industrial scale structure efficiency,industry scale expansion ability,industry technology upgrade ability),the condition of system internal structure and function(including the complexity of system network structure,system function diversity,diversity of industry,situational factors)is located in the middle tier,plays a bridging role;(2)Resilience level of changzhi city of datong city level difference is significant since the 2008 financial crisis.Statistical data shows that: the employment proportion of non-state and proportion of education spending and science to GDP were higher than those in changzhi city,they reflect that the marketization level of datong city is higher than changzhi city.The proportion of resource-based industry output value accounted for manufacturing output of changzhi city is higher than that of datong city,which shows changzhi city’s function orientation diversity level is lower than that of datong city.The proportion of fiscal revenue to GDP of changzhi city is higher than that of datong city,which means the government intervention in the market of changzhi city is higher than that of datong city.These results are basically identical with the questionnaire survey ahead,which further verify that enhancing RCIES resilience is an important approach to reduce the vulnerability of resource-based cities;(3)Mathematical deduce the resilience evolution of resource-based city industry ecosystem based on differential equation,analysis the influence of main factors to resource-based city industry ecosystem resilience at different stages.Finally,on the basis of simulation,we raise that improving the resilience of resource-based city industry ecosystem in different stages of evolution of resilience,slow and vulnerability of resource-based city industry ecosystem,maintaining system stability,developing positive influencing of various factors to the development of resource-based cities.While finished the research of the progress of resource-based city industry ecosystem resilience evolution.In theory,this article enrich the connotation of resource-based city industry ecosystem,developing the research category of resource-based city industry ecosystem,making up for the existing research on reduce the vulnerability of resource-based city industry ecosystem.Finally,inpractice,the results can help enterprises and government make more reasonable strategy in facing of the change of external environment. |
