Research On The Coordinated Development Of Logistics Industry And Its Countermeasures In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Since the adoption of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperation and Development Plan" in April 2015,the three places speeded up their pace of regional integration in all aspects,including the logistics industry.However,despite the many achievements that have been made,there are still many problems in the coordinated development of logistics industry of this region,such as the integration degree of logistics market in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is low,the role of the three places in the coordinated development is unclear,poor mobility of logistics elements and the low level of logistics industry modernization and so on.Therefore,it's logically that analyzing the causes of these problems,exploring the principles which are conducive to collaborative development,and putting forward some effective solutions to the problems have became the main content of this paper.This paper contains seven chapters.The first chapter introduced the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and also the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.The second chapter elaborates some logistics concepts and the classical theory used in the paper.The third chapter discussed the achievements and problems of the coordinated development of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The fourth chapter analyzed the logistics subject,object,carrier and environment system of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei respectively by constructing a evaluation index system about coordination of logistics industry,and then analyzed the reasons of problems in the collaborative development of logistics industry among three areas.The fifth chapter put forward the "coordination principle" and "fairness principle" which are beneficial to the coordinated development of the region's logistics industry,and used the method of Shapley value to discuss how to distribute the cooperative income of logistics industry among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Chapter 6 learned experience of the coordinated development in logistics industry from advanced regions at home and abroad.Chapter 7 put forward some measures to improve the logistics subject,object,carrier and environmental system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei based on the reasons for the problems of logistics industry,the two principles of synergistic development and experiences of advanced areas.The innovations of this paper are the creation of two principles of the coordinated development of the logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin –Hebei and application of these principles through the method of Shapley value.The shortcomings are that the selection of the indicators in constructing the evaluation index system and the determination of the index weights are subjective to a certain extent.
