Study On The Coordinated Development Of Logistics Industry In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Region

With the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region entering a critical stage,logistics industry,as a basic industry to promote the coordinated development of the three provinces and cities,is particularly important for the impact of its synergy on the coordinated development process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has geographical proximity and complementary advantages of resources,which makes the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry has strong feasibility.In this context,it is of great significance to fully and accurately understand the current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry synergy,improve and innovate the synergy mechanism and mode,and explore the influencing factors for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry.Cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry as the research object,based on the systematics,synergetics and the theory of regional logistics basic theory and the coordinated development of industry,such as literature research,through to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei the coordinated development of the logistics industry present situation and the development of logistics industry in the three levels,objective summarized the achievements and existing problems of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry.On the basis of fully recognizing the synergistic process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry,established the mechanism and mode of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry.Then through the establishment of the coordination degree model of the composite system,the coordination level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry was quantitatively analyzed,and it was concluded that the overall coordination level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry was on the rise in recent years,but the coordination degree was not high,which needed to be further improved.Based on this conclusion,through the panel data model regression,the factors affecting the synergy level were explored,and it was found that the capital and labor input,transport channel construction and information network level of the logistics industry had a positive impact on the synergy degree of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry.Finally,based on the mechanism research and empirical results,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on accelerating the construction of market integration,improving interregional logistics infrastructure,promoting logistics project transfer and connection,and exploring the establishment of fiscal and taxation,ecological compensation and protection mechanism.
