| Industry is the basis of national economic development,in recent years the world to promote industrial development have put forward the "Industrial 4.0","Manufacturing 2025" and other strategic decisions, and industrial development is inseparable from innovation, industrial innovation has become an driving force for national economic development. In the critical period of China’s economic transformation, the study of the spatial spillover effect of China’s provincial industrial innovation capability will help solve the regional imbalance problem of China’s industrial innovation capability and lay the foundation for promoting the rapid economic transformation and realizing regional balanced development. This paper first analyzes the theoretical mechanism of innovation ability and spatial spillover. Then, according to the status quo of inter-provincial industrial innovation capability, the spatial autocorrelation test shows that there is spatial autocorrelation in China’s provincial industrial innovation capacity by using the relevant data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2014.On the basis of this, the spatial spillover effect of provincial industrial innovation capacity is measured from two dimensions of time and region by constructing spatial econometric model and spatial knowledge spillover model respectively. The empirical results show that there is obvious spatial autocorrelation and overall spatial spillover effect in China’s provincial industrial innovation capability between 2010 and 2014.The spillover effect of industrial innovation capacity in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta is obvious. The empirical results also show that the investment in scientific research,The interaction between human input and technology introduction has a significant impact on industrial innovation capacity. At the end of the paper, according to the research results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the balanced development of industrial innovation ability in China. |
